Agreement and eligibility
By using Service Pros DFW, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and use the site lawfully. If you act for a business, you represent that you have authority to act for it.
Directory only—not a service provider
Service Pros DFW helps users discover businesses. We do not perform the listed services, employ the providers, control their work, or become a party to an estimate, appointment, contract, payment, dispute, or warranty between a user and provider. Directory inclusion is not an endorsement.
Independent verification is required
Listings may be incomplete, outdated, or based on public research. Claim and verification labels have the meanings described in our research methodology; they do not guarantee identity, licensing, insurance, safety, workmanship, availability, pricing, or future performance. Before hiring, users are responsible for checking the qualifications, references, insurance, permits, scope, price, contract, and safety practices appropriate to the work.
Inquiries and provider relationships
When you contact a provider directly or ask us to route an inquiry, the provider’s response and use of the information are subject to its own practices. You decide whether to communicate, hire, pay, grant property access, or enter an agreement. Use emergency services or the appropriate utility when there is immediate danger; do not rely on directory messaging for an emergency.
Business submissions, claims, and accounts
You must provide accurate, current information and protect account access. You may not claim a business without authorization, impersonate another person, submit fabricated evidence, manipulate reviews or status, or publish information that violates another party’s rights. We may request evidence, reject or edit a proposed public change, suspend access, preserve an audit record, or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect the directory or users.
Verification and sponsored placement
Verification is a limited, point-in-time review of the evidence and level identified on the profile. It is not continuous monitoring or a guarantee. Sponsored placement and paid plan features are commercial products that must be labeled separately and do not purchase a verification conclusion or positive editorial ranking.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service; bypass access, rate, or security controls; introduce malicious code; use the site to send unlawful or deceptive messages; collect personal information without authority; copy substantial directory content for a competing service; or use automated access contrary to published controls or applicable law.
Content and intellectual property
The site design, original guides, compilation, and software are protected by applicable rights. Business names and marks belong to their respective owners. By submitting content, you represent that you can provide it and grant us permission to store, review, format, and display it as needed to operate the requested directory workflow.
Availability and disclaimers
The site and directory information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular search result, provider response, lead volume, project outcome, or advertising approval.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Service Pros DFW is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from a provider’s acts, property work, directory inaccuracies, third-party sites, unauthorized access, or decisions made using the directory. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current published version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to later use. Questions can be sent through the contact page or to admin@serviceprosdfw.com.
