Scope

This policy applies to Service Pros DFW website and directory workflows. A provider’s website and any third-party service linked from a listing operate under their own policies.

• Business submissions and claims: business details, representative contact information, account identifiers, proposed updates, and ownership or authorization evidence.
• Verification information: documents and review records submitted through private verification workflows.
• Account and billing information: email, authentication records, plan status, and payment-provider references. Payment card details are handled by the enabled payment provider rather than stored directly by this site.
• Technical and usage information: IP-derived security data, device and browser information, requested pages, referral information, and directory interactions collected through hosting, security, rate-limiting, or analytics tools when enabled.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests; route service inquiries; operate search, account, claim, verification, billing, and correction workflows; review proposed public changes; protect the site from abuse; measure and improve directory usefulness; comply with legal obligations; and enforce site terms.

Public directory information

Approved business details may appear publicly, including business name, website, business contact details, services, service areas, status labels, and source dates. Do not submit private personal information for a public field. Verification documents and sensitive account records are not intended for public display.
