# How Service Pros DFW researches and labels listings

Research records begin with provider-published official sources. Service areas preserve evidence and caveats; a broad DFW statement is not automatically expanded to every city.

## Status labels

- Research: public-source record; not verified or endorsed.
- Claimed: approved owner or manager relationship; not automatic verification.
- Verified: the specific displayed review level completed at a point in time.
- Sponsored: paid visibility, labeled and independent from verification.

Missing ratings, credentials, addresses and phones stay missing until supported. Users and businesses can request corrections. Directory inclusion is not a guarantee.
